Introducing the Arbor Parent Portal
We are excited to introduce our new Arbor Parent Portal system. The system, accessed via the Arbor website or through the Arbor App, will allow you to do the following things:
- Receive and reply to messages from school free of charge
- Check the details we have on file for yourself and your child and inform the school of changes such as your phone number, address or other contact information
- Give consent for photo, data, medical and other permissions for your child
- See your child’s attendance, behaviour and achievement data in real time
- View your child's daily timetable
- Access your child’s school reports as they become available
- Book consultation evening appointments (later this year)
If you have more than one child at Netherhall Learning Campus, you will have access to information for all your children, all from the same login.
The Arbor Parent Portal is available on the web via a computer or tablet, or on mobile or tablet devices by downloading the app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. When accessing Arbor from a computer, we recommend using the Google Chrome web browser.
Not yet registered for the Arbor App?
- Go to https://login.arbor.sc
- Your username is the email address you registered with school and receive emails from us to.
- To create your account you just need to set a password. Click Forgot your password? to finish setting up your account.

The Parent App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones.
