Year 10 Work Experience
Work Experience is due to start on Monday 4th July for one week. Pupils have been spending time in tutor time and personal development hour over recent weeks, contacting their employers and getting themselves work placement ready. The final paperwork from our work placement provider will be issued on Monday 27th June and there will be an hour dedicated to finalising placements and ironing out any issues on Tuesday 28th June.

Kirklees College Taster Day - Thursday 7th July 2022
Your child will have received a personalised letter to your home address with the outline of the day , code of conduct and any specialist clothing they need. Please ensure they have this with them on Thursday as this will ensure they get to the right session on time. All students are travelling independently to and from their college centre of choice. They will also need to take a packed lunch as the sessions run from 11.10am - 2.20pm with a short break for a packed lunch.
Please remind your child to let their placement provider know they will not be in on Thursday 7th July 2022
